File has no real flac (music) file. Why does it only open in "paint?" Odd. I hate to criticize your great efforts but flac files are absolutely unnecessary for old "home made" cassettes originally done on portable 4-track cassette recorders or suspect reel to reel. Not that wow and flutter matter with this kind of onslaught noise really matters. Maybe you can again offer standard bit rate mp3 for marginally recorded cassette stuff in the future?
